I am stripe obsessed: black and white, navy and white, shades of blue. If it reminds you of a sailor or the South of France chances are I would love it. I recently bought this J Crew blue and white pencil skirt. I have a feeling that I will be wearing this skirt a lot throughout the spring and summer.
This look is about as preppy as I get. I topped off the skirt with a white knit sweater, pearls, and a navy vintage Brooks Brothers blazer.
